There are no special examinations forRailways. For this level recruitment is done only by promoting Group C level.

RRB Educational Qualification: – No qualification has been prescribed for the recruitment of this group as well, these examinations are taken by the Railways only at the departmental level, therefore, the educational qualification for the recruitment of this group is also determined by the Railway according to that post In which applications are being sought from the candidates.

3. Railway Recruitment Group C and D The posts of Group C and D in

Railway Recruitment are under non-gazetted subordinate post. Recruitment for this group is carried out through 19 Railway Recruitment Boards throughout the year. These groups mainly consist of the posts of Assistant Station Master, Guards, Clerk, Ticket Collector, Traffic Apprentice, Stenographer, Catering Manager Helper, Khalasi, Trolleyman, Trackman etc. for whom the basis of recruitment is written selection test. In these, objective type questions are asked. These include questions related to English, Hindi, General Knowledge, Math, Reasoning.

RRB Educational Qualification: –

Group C – The educational qualification for the posts of this group was determined as the degree of tenth pass or its equivalent.

Group D – The qualification for the posts of this group from 12th to graduation has been fixed, for the same technical posts ITI or its equivalent qualification has been prescribed.
